When a session or package is booked, a health background form will be sent via email.  The form needs to be completed and returned prior to your session.

What to wear?

Comfortable clothes. Its recommended for ladies to wear shorts or long pants as leg muscles are also used.

What to expect in a session?

The client brings along an issue/s they are dealing with. Through both verbal and non-verbal communication and muscle testing, the Kinesiologist and the client will work together to pinpoint the blockages in the body. Awareness will be brought to the fore and appropriate corrections will be made. Restoring energy flow.

It is important to take note that the body will only show what the client is ready to deal with.
